iApp Training

Apprentice certifications prepare students to serve as Apprentices at upcoming events. It provides excellent leadership training that is updated annually to be customized for all Apprentices and Fast Track Apprentices.   Apprentice Program Details

The iAPP online certifications will take place asynchronously, meaning you can choose when to complete the assignments within a designated 12-day period. The timing is carefully considered so that the student will complete the assignments in time to register as an apprentice for the event's early bird registration deadline. Please plan about six (6) hours independent online work within a ten-day window in ICC’s secure learning-environment.

The iAPP certification is required annually for all students applying to be Apprentices (including Fast Track Apprentices) at local training events and iCON. This means complete iAPP once for summer/fall conferences and iCON. If iAPP was completed in the late summer/fall, there is no need to complete it again again for iCON.

Fast Track apprentices (16+ with YSG 1 completion) who have not yet attended a prior event, may use the iAPP certification to substitute for a training event.
