This training introduces speakers to two essential skills: problem-solving and consensus-building.

It teaches them the value of healthy disagreements which make ideas better.

Over 3.5 hours, speakers become familiar with the 6 steps used in our problem-solving model and work together on a team to put those steps to use to build consensus to solve a real-life problem. Moderator and Student Facilitator training is done prior to the training sessions.
