  • Friday Night EXPO  7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Saturday 4:12 Conference 8:30 am - 3:00 pm


  • Friday Training 11:45 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday Night EXPO  7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Saturday 4:12 Conference 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Every student must attend with an adult coach/chaperone.

Adult coaches/chaperones must be 25 years or older and register separately for the coaches’ track.

Registration Deadlines

  • Thursday July 27 for Student Instructor

  • Thursday August 17 for Apprentice

  • Thursday August 17 Early Bird discount



Student Leadership Opportunities


  • Eligibility Requirements and deadlines can be found on the Apprentice page of the website:  Apprentice
  • Apprentices arrive on Friday at 11:45am.
  • Students registering as Apprentices are required to take the iApp Academy course.

    Registration fee for iApp is included in 4:12 Conference registration.

Student Instructors

  • Student Instructors arrive on Thursday afternoon.
  • Eligibility Requirements and Deadlines can be found on the SI page of the website:  Student Instructor.
  • Students registering as Student Instructors are required to take the iSI Academy Course.

    Registration fee for iSI is included in 4:12 Conference registration.

Meal Registration

  • Meals must be ordered separately at registration.
  • Sponsors meals on Friday are provided with our thanks and appreciation for their service.
  • You may bring your meals in a cooler if you'd prefer.


Purchasing meals is one way the local area raises funds for training scholarships.  If you would like to contribute without purchasing a meal, please go to our Donations Page where you can donate directly.

Host Housing 

Host housing is available to registered participants on a first come, first served basis.

 If you would like to OFFER your home to those attendees traveling from far away, please fill out this form.
