Greetings, I am very excited about the features available to members on our portal that will bring new capabilities.
Below are some beginning helps to navigate.
The membership portal is where chapter features and our transactions reside.
First time visitor?
Sign in: (In the red circle find sign in)
Your membership sign in, or username is simply your first initial and last name - @@username@@
Your initial password is iccinc2015 - PLEASE IMMEDIATELY CHANGE IT.
How do I change my password?
Now that you are signed in you will see(red circle in screen shot ) my profile and manage profile.
My profile - your public face (within the chapter member community only)
This is what signed in members to your chapter will see. Privacy settings are in place so that only members in your chapter can see your profile.
Manage Profile is where you can edit and update your information.
To change your username or password:
Go to Edit Bio (above photo in red). The green arrow shows where you change your password.
My Students (below photo in yellow) is just your family students. Students are created as subaccounts which relates to who pays for finanical transactions. When you are signed into your account and registering. Your subaccounts information will be available to you to autofill.
If you are a chapter or assistant sponsor, students in your chapter will be viewable as a group administrator when you are in your chapter (group).
Invoices - Here you can see all your transaction history including event registration, store purchases and donations. If there was an adjustment to your registration resulting in an invoice you will be able to pay it here.
Professional Development in green is coming in the future. Here we plan to house ways for you to renew your chapter through a record system that gives you credit for attending an event and for attending sponsor phone calls. Students also can through a credit program use the events and progress they make to have a record available to be viewed by their parent.

If you have already been on our membership portal and have an account why don’t you go ahead and make sure that your profile and student info is up to date. If you see any discrepancies you can update your profiles with the accurate and complete information. Use the contact us (see red circled at top photo) to send in any comments or suggestions for improvements.
